We want you to love your LOULOU LOLLIPOP purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like pacifiers and teethers are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
